We are looking for a high energy, driven sales and office professional for a 55+ Manufactured home community centrally located in North Fort Myers, FL.

In this role there are many different responsibilities that will keep you busy such as:

• Marketing the community via social media and other platforms including flyers, signs and business to business marketing
• Building rapport with the potential buyers and current residents
• Conducting tours of the new and used manufactured homes for sale and the manufactured home community
• Obtaining listing agreements on homes that current residents are looking to sell
• Completing all paperwork related to the sale of the home
• Planning quarterly resident activities
• Assisting the community manager with day to day operations

For this challenging and exciting role we are looking for a professional who is a flexible, team player who has an excellent customer service attitude! Someone who has great people skills and who can multitask. Computer skills are a huge benefit to being successful in this role.

The compensation is $15.00 hourly. You will also earn generous commissions for selling the homes.

In this exciting role you will be responsible for selling the used and new manufactured homes, marketing the homes via social media and other platforms, as well as conducting community tours and tours of the homes. You will be responsible for completing the sales paperwork such as the sales contracts and listing agreements. You will also be helping the community manager with the day to day business operations as needed.
