Our pink plunger team is searching for enthusiastic individuals with the drive to know their customers' needs, show empathy, confidently explain what makes us different, and show how our services can help solve their specific problems. This is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground level of marketing for a positive and proven business model! Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Compiling lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from LinkedIn, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, newspapers, and other sources.
• Travel throughout an assigned territory to call on prospective clients and regular customers to show our brand to property managers, business owners, insurance agents etc.. Cold calling is required, so confidence is a must!
• Discuss the benefits of working with 1-Tom-Plumber and explain what makes us different.
• Prepare weekly reports of business transactions, sales routes, lists of leads, marketing materials, new calls & business contacts and keep a detailed expense record.
• Attend trade shows and get involved in other community events to develop leads, build relationships & represent the 1-Tom brand.

Salary: $45k Base Salary + 5% of all Sales the sky is the limit!

Expected hours: 40 hrs. per week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
