The individual we seek is with a Sales merchandising background and a proven track record of driving growth. This individual will be regarded as a seasoned manager with the professional leadership skills necessary to effectively deliver strong results against objectives and budgets. Responsibilities

• Generate and implement new sales initiatives to increase off price sales and profitability. Work collaboratively within the organization to ensure execution of key initiatives that lead to increased market share and profitability across all product lines and consumer segments.
• Build and expand off price relationships with retail customers. Establish continuing dialogue and build top-level relationships with key off price retailers proactively advancing the companys reputation as a go-to source for affordable and fashionable home fashions and finding effective and profitable ways to grow sales.
• Manage all aspects of sales data and analytics communicating relevant information to team members, executive leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Identify new areas of business opportunities beyond current organizational thinking. Drive the development and execution of long-term strategies to increase business and bring greater efficiency to operations.

Candidate Qualifications (minimum)

Specifically, were looking for:

• Bachelors Degree required
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in off price sales in a fashion-forward industry such as home, fashion, or apparel
• A flair for fashion with an eye for design and a merchants sense of what products appeal to consumers
• A strategic thinker who can identify opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them in a timely fashion;
• Results-driven leader who uses data and analyses to support decisions.
• A self-starter, experience owning and driving a P&L, comfortable managing a budget;
• Outstanding analytical skills, strong experience interpreting data and drawing conclusions. Ability to apply analysis to make data driven decisions to increase performance;
• Ability to work in a demanding environment where every leader moves between tactical and strategic aspects of the role with ease. Strong work ethic and can-do attitude;
• Maturity, leadership, and outstanding interpersonal skills along with integrity and a bias for action;
• A hands-on executor with resilience and tenacity who is able to roll up their sleeves and get the work done as needed;
• Strong sense of urgency and the ability to embrace and maximize a changing landscape;
• Ability to unite key colleagues and cross-functional partners by gaining trust through demonstrating business expertise;
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines and multiple requests, working effectively under pressure and under tight timelines;
• Charismatic, collaborative team player with the ability to earn credibility and build strong relationships across the organization;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to make polished and impactful presentations. Strong persuasion and negotiating skills.
