CSI is a well-established independent insurance agency with a strong presence in SE Illinois. The position will require state licensure, but a current insurance producer license is not required. Prior sales experience is helpful but not mandatory.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling insurance policies to clients. Responsibilities:
- Sell various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to determine appropriate coverage options for clients
- Provide accurate and timely quotes to potential customers
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and cancellations
- Assist clients with claims process and provide support throughout the claims resolution
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Proficient in English; Spanish language skills are a plus
- Knowledge of insurance products, benefits administration, and market trends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
