Slakey Brothers has an immediate need for a Regional Sales Manager for HVAC Equipment to lead our Sales Team and growth of Customer relationships in our South Region based out of Modesto!

Region includes Modesto (home branch), Concord, Fresno, Jackson, Sonora, and Stockton
Starting salary range $135,000-$165,000 based on experience

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the implementation of Slakeys Equipment business plans.
• Drive Slakeys Equipment sales efforts
• Achieve the highest market share for Equipment of any wholesaler.
• Develop and maintain a strong business relationship between Slakey and our Equipment vendors.
• Facilitate and support the necessary Slakey Team Member training.
• Be responsible for overall management of Slakeys Equipment business.
• Be a role model for excellent customer service.

Education/Experience/Skills

• 4-year college degree required
• Experience with a major HVAC equipment line is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of the products Slakey Brothers sells
• 5+ years related management experience
• Prior outside sales experience preferred
• Comprehends Slakey Brothers Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Warehouse and Delivery Functions
• Strong decision-making abilities - understands impact and implications of decisions
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
