We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The inside sales representative will be responsible for communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to existing customers to increase awareness of existing products and increase production within the account
  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Answering customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
  • Creating and maintaining a database of customers engagement activity
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
  • Staying informed about competing products and services.
  • Upselling products and services.
  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

Education and Work Experience:

  • High school diploma/GED.
  • Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent phone skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong listening and sales skills.
  • Ability to achieve targets.

Knowledge and Skills:

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this position.

  • Must maintain highest level of Confidentiality at all times.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient computer skills: must have working knowledge of Excel and Word,
  • Ability to multi-task, follow up, and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to identify discrepancies and take initiative to research variances and correct.
  • Hours Required: Monday to Friday 8:30AM to 5:00PM
