What to Expect

• Make outbound calls to establish relationships and grow your book of business
• Close new and existing customers and ensure their freight is transported seamlessly
• Negotiate the best rates with shippers and carriers
• Oversee daily shipments, resolve issues, and ensure timely pick up and delivery 24/7/365
• Be transparent and proactive in your communication with both internal and external stakeholders
