We are looking for an experienced sales development representative with a deep understanding of researching, analyzing, generating, and communicating with leads, setting up demos and appointments for our sales team.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (Setter) with extensive expertise in cold calling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating and nurturing relationships with potential clients, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a proactive approach to generating new business opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling: Execute outbound cold calls to prospects using a targeted list provided by the company. Introduce our products/services, identify needs, and qualify leads for further engagement.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on predetermined criteria. Gather essential information, identify decision-makers, and understand prospects' pain points and challenges.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads. Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions in the CRM system.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to prospects. Handle objections and articulate key features and benefits to generate interest.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and appointments set.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and sales techniques. Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Sales: Demonstrate an aptitude for sales, be able to ask for the next meeting and suggest additional products or services to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.
  • Customer Service: Apply a positive customer service attitude in interactions with all customers. Be able to establish a positive rapport and follow up in a timely manner.

Job Qualifications:

  • 2-3 Years of proven experience in outbound cold calling and lead generation.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Able to write attention-grabbing cold approach e-mails.
  • Comfortable in producing 2-4 meetings a day for the sales team.
  • High school diploma; college degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
