ALL of our Sales Representatives earned at least $75,000 last year, and more than half earned $100,000 plus!

This role is required to be in office daily, Monday through Friday. We are located in Fort Worth, Texas.

We provide a base hourly rate + monthly commission for each sale, as well as real-time, warm leads from prospects who have requested help with their Medicare supplemental coverage. No telemarketing or cold-calling, and no kitchen-table sales. You will work with clients right from your desk here in our office!

We are looking for candidates that have:

A desire to provide legendary service

An ability to connect, converse, and engage with clients via inbound and outbound phone calls

Proven sales or customer service experience

Ambition and willingness to learn

Personal integrity with a dedication to doing what is right for each client

An ability to pass a criminal background and credit check

Bachelors degree or equivalent, preferred
