Company Overview:

Imperial Privacy Systems is a leading manufacturer of cubicle curtains and premium textile products for the healthcare, construction, and government sectors. Our commitment to excellence and innovation has positioned us as a trusted partner for our clients and we are looking for a dedicated Sales Representative to join our fast growing team in Pompano Beach. The Sales Representative will work closely with customers, vendors, and the Imperial management team to grow sales to hospitals, surgery centers, clinics, etc.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Sales and Sales Support:

• Assist the sales manager by managing incoming inquires, creating sales documents, estimates, and proposals.
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Support the management team in the preparation of regular sales reporting.
• Expand sales by nurturing strong, long term relationships with customers.
• Travel as needed to tradeshows

Customer Relations:

• Serve as the key point of contact for customers on sales-related inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Assist in addressing any post-sale queries, troubleshooting, or handling complaints to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure order fulfillment aligns with customer requirements.
• Enter and update customer information in the company CRM to maintain accurate records.

Market Analysis:

• Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with the management team.

Event Coordination:

• Assist in the organization and coordination of sales-related events such as trade shows and meetings.
• Ensure the availability of promotional materials and samples for such events.

Internal Collaboration:

• Work closely with the manufacturing, accounting, and logistics teams to streamline the sales process.
• Communicate any customer-specific requirements throughout the organization to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in outside sales, preferably within the healthcare space
• Familiarity with the textile, construction, or government sectors is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Compensation:

• Base salary plus commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $56,000.00 per year
