Turrentine Insurance is a local independent insurance agency in a newly renovated office space. Our agency has been very successfully in business for over a decade. Currently our team has 5 licensed agents and is in need of an Insurance Customer Service Representative, and agency producer.

We are seeking an individual to direct all agency correspondence (phones, mail, fax, etc.) to the appropriate individuals, enter data into client management system, greet and assist clients that walk into the office, invoice renewals, call clients with payment reminders, and all other general Insurance CSR tasks.

Our agency operates virtually paperless, so computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat is required. Although, necessary training will be provided. Some experience in the insurance industry is preferred as you will required to obtain a property and casualty insurance license if you do not already have one. An individual with the ability to prioritize tasks and take initiative is desired. A bilingual individual is also highly preferred, but not required.
