Job Responsibilities:

• Learning the Role: Work with an experienced and successful sales mentor to develop specialty selling skills for this target market
• Customer Account Sales and Support: Work with fabricator and Kitchen and Bath customers to assess and service their Quartz slab needs.
• Increase Sales: Develop and increase sales with a manageable number of target accounts.
• Maintain Product Displays: Assemble and maintain impactful product displays that serve as an integral part of the sales process.
• CRM Management: Ensure accurate account information is maintained within our CRM system.
• Technology Tools: Utilize analytics and system tools to facilitate selling smarter.

Requirements:Requirements for Success:

• Results-Oriented Self-Starter: We're seeking someone who can achieve results independently with minimal daily management, backed by advanced organizational skills.
• Strong Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication is a must. You should be able to articulate customer needs to internal partners and determine the best course of action. Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills are highly valued.
• Educational Background: A minimum of an Associate degree is required.
• Sales and Service Experience: Ideally, you have 1-2+ years of experience in a client-facing sales and/or service support role.
• Effective Customer Relationship Management: You should demonstrate the ability to deliver consistent service to both internal and external customers.
• Physical Requirements: Be capable of carrying and lifting up to 50 pounds to perform display assembly tasks effectively.
• Travel: Be prepared for travel throughout our Midwest locations, with an average of 5-6 nights away from home per month depending on home base location. All travel expenses are covered by the company.
