About the Team: The Sales Support Services Representative provides service and support for large revenue sales accounts that benefit from a customized service approach. This includes daily support regarding account maintenance, pricing, billing and report out across inside/outside sales, /IO/IG/, Hospital and value based care teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain strong relationships and rapport with client accounts, solving challenges with concierge-like approach
- Monitor sales performance indicators to ensure meeting sales objectives of channel
- Focus on the needs of Accounts to deliver excellent customer service; that includes setup of account, pricing, maintenance, alignment on sales order placement (EDI/API/Manual) and backorder management, invoicing, reporting and any other inquires.
- Collaborate closely with department leaders to investigate escalated operational issues, identify trends and ensure timely and satisfactory resolution
- Serve as liaison with internal groups, e.g. customer service, order entry, etc. to convey special processes and ensure that they are followed
- Manage biweekly or monthly touchpoints with Accounts to ensure high quality operational services are being
- Manage end to end process for new account set up including but not limited to client communications, internal department notifications and integration
- Support client requests as needed such as custom panels, custom requisitions, etc.
- Provide custom reports to the sales team for cross match processing
- Support special projects as needed
Requirements:
- Associate Degree or 2 years equivalent experiences such as inside sales, account management or high level customer service. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- High proficiency in MS Office, PDF Adobe, and Salesforce preferred
- Ability to collaborate with various departments and team members
- Embraces diverse ways of thinking through various forms collaboration and partnership
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a wide range of tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
