We are growing! Ready to grow with us? We are opening our first store in Watertown, SD and are excited to join this thriving community. We have been in South Dakota for 9 years and are looking to grow our local Mattress Firm Dream Team!

Founded in 1986 with a single store, Mattress Firm has expanded to become the largest specialty bedding retailer in the nation. As a rapidly growing, locally owned franchise, we are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our Sales Manager-in-Training Program in the Watertown, SD area.

Regardless of how much sales or management experience youve had over the years or what you studied in college, you can rest assured that with our training program, Mattress Firm will provide you with the tools you need to improve lives one night at a time.

Here are the details of your new career as a Sales Professional with Mattress Firm:

You will get to participate in our Manager-in-Training program and learn our sales process, merchandising, store execution, and sales administration.

You will follow up with your customers before they have to follow up with you.

You will participate in numerous product and sales training.

You will work 40 hours a week, including nights and weekends because well, its retail sales and those are the times people like to shop.

You will be incredibly well compensated for your time and skills. Yearly income: 55,000-120,000.

You will work with an outstanding group of people that also care about our guests and theyll be willing to help however you need.

Qualifications you need:

Youre going to have to be accurate and detail oriented. Small errors turn into big problems for your guests!

Youll need a combination of at least 5 years of the following: Military Experience, Sales, Customer Service, or Management experience or a Bachelors Degree.

Youll have to pass a standard background check.
