Currently, we are looking for a Full Time Personal Lines Inside Sales Executive. We are offering a competitive base salary plus commission, with an unlimed earning potential, including benefits; medical, dental, life and disability plans. Job Description: Personal Lines Inside Sales Executive would be responsible for new business sales for personal lines policies including homeowners, auto, umbrella and other personal lines coverages. Activities include; reviewing coverage, completing personal lines applications, quoting on company rating systems, recommending coverage & issuing proposals and binders. Responsibilities also include assisting Sales Executives and Account Managers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming requests for Personal Lines quotes;
• Conducts marketing, negotiates rates, quotes and coverages for competitiveness and accuracy;
• Supports Account Executives & Managers in marketing new business opportunities for existing clients and prospects;
• Binds insurance coverage and prepares binders;
• Conducts cross-selling strategies for existing customers, as well as new relationships
• Create and maintain relationships with our insurance company partners;
• Deliver superior customer service while adhering to guidelines and workflows;
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Competencies:

• Current MA Individual Insurance license
• Minimum 5 years experience in personal lines insurance
• Strong computer skills (experience using AMS360 and preferred)
• Superior organizational and communication skills, flexibility, detail oriented, and an ability to work independently
• Strong documentation skills
• Self-motivating and positive attitude
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize
