Insurance Agent

Duties:

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by answering inquiries and resolving issues
- Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and promote insurance products
- Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Prepare and present insurance quotes to clients
- Process insurance applications and policy changes accurately and efficiently
- Maintain client records and ensure compliance with all regulations
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to resolve policy-related matters
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and changes in insurance regulations

Experience:

- Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is preferred
- Familiarity with benefits administration and various insurance products
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $51,569.00 - $65,000.00 per year
