NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!

Excel Roofing has over three decades of experience with both commercial and residential remodeling and roofing services in a range of materials, including the latest technologies in fluid-applied membranes and thermoplastics. We also offer siding installation, and window replacement services in Minnesota. Our team is comprised of skilled tradesmen who have acquired a wealth of experience from some of the largest and most respected companies in the country.

This position is ideal for:

• Recent Graduates
• Past and present military
• Skilled Professionals in Sales, Project Management, or Construction
• This position pays you based on your effort & performance (100% Commission). Income ranges between 40-150K+ /year in the spring/summer/fall and have winters off! 65-95K is average. This is NOT a 9-5, M-F job. . . This is a make hay when the sun shines career.

What we provide and what the position includes:

• You will have a Leadership Team providing ongoing support to assist with your questions as well as ensure your success.
• Utilizing the training techniques in coordination with your own attributes to effectively manage leads that are self-generated as well as provided through our marketing.
• Door Knocking affected areas is our primary way of lead generation.
• Walk around inspections with homeowners.
• Photographing and documenting damages and/or issues
• Provide exceptional customer service to your/our customers.
• Signing contracts/agreements
• Collecting money
• Learn and use the project management program provided to you.
• Learn and use the estimating program and procedures provided to you.
• Meet with Insurance Adjusters
• Selling our company and yourself as trustworthy, knowledgeable and reliable, to each homeowner

THIS IS NOT 9-5. Your time is managed by you. This is a performance based 1099 career. You will be held accountable to performance metrics (lead generation, minimum sales #'s). You must efficiently manage your time based on our training. If you work hard from April to November, you can easily make six figures and not need to work until the next April!

Your Qualifications:

• Must be able to efficiently manage your time based on our training.
• Have a valid license and reliable transportation.
• Be able to lift and climb a ladder.
• Be able to communicate with all types of people.
• Have a willingness to learn, utilize and execute our training.
• Must own or be willing to acquire a Smartphone.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
