We are seeking an Account Manager to cover the territory between Buffalo and Central NY.
Perform functions to represent Parkview Health Services to foster and grow existing relationships with Long-Term Care facilities to raise awareness of the companys services and achieve the growth goals associated with the strategic business plan, making decisions based on precedent, and working within the limits of established policy.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Foster and grow existing business relationships with Long-Term Care facilities to continually meet the needs of their business while ensuring that Parkview Health Services (PHS) fulfills commitments on services offered.
Serve as intermediary with existing customers on any service-related issues, ongoing training needs, and communications from PHS to provide the highest level of customer service.
Travel within designated territory to make regular visits to existing customers to build lasting relationships, ensure quality of services, and effectively drive growth by identifying opportunities to propose additional services.
Coordinate meetings with existing partners and network within the industry to raise awareness of the services offered by PHS.
Document account management activities and maintain accurate customer contact demographics and notes within Companys sales Customer Records Management (CRM).
Prepare and submit periodic activity reports and expense reports to management.
Attend departmental conference calls, trainings, and staff meetings, and assist to identify and participate in local and regional conventions and trade shows to represent the company and its services.
Coordinate and support implementation process with newly established facilities. Communicate internally all relevant implementation information for seamless process both internally and externally.
Collaborate with operations to perform or assist with any service-related issues, to maintain workflow and to meet schedules and quality requirements.
Provide in-service training on PHS protocols and procedures with facility staff to support seamless refill orders, reporting, Medication Administration Records (MARs) and Revisions.
Monitor monthly fulfillment activity by facility and communicate with Sales Director partner to assess and changes or discrepancies identified.
Coordinate with Sales Director to increase awareness of PHS services and capabilities and generate growth, increasing the pharmacys market share.
Respond to inquiries from existing customers, identify needs, provide information related to their patients, and assist with any requirements to facilitate business. Maintain close contact with key customers.
Respond to questions from field Sales Directors, conduct research, track and gather information, and assist to make appointments or follow up with existing customers.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Ability to identify and analyze data and territory activity to define actions and focus on those most likely to generate significant growth results and in keeping with the business strategy.
Demonstrated ability to build enduring customer relationships.
Demonstrated proficiency in the use of MS Office software including Office, Excel, PowerPoint & Word, along with the ability to create records and enter, update, and retrieve customer information in CRM (Customer Records Management) systems.
Excellent oral, presentation, and written communications skills.
Ability to travel 25-50% of the time dependent on geography of employee.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors degree in a field related to Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or similar discipline preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of account management experience, preferably in a pharmacy, long-term care, or behavioral health setting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
