Full description of the position

We are seeking a Property & Casualty Licensed Individual for a Sales & Service Position. Such individual should posses the following skills:

• Strong Verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to make presentations to our clients.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple projects
• Computer literate, including knowledge of the agency management system and proficient in Word and Excel.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with our partners, carriers, vendors and clients.
• Handle insured and underwriters questions.
• Follow-up and maintain information from insured and underwriters.
• Rating on multiple carriers systems (Travelers, Erie, Penn National, Grange, Safeco & More)
• Complete Applications and Bind coverage
• Policy endorsements/changes
• Draft Letters to clients
• Billing
• Cross sells and upsells a must
• Must be able to handle a high call volume
• Contain a Positive Attitude and work well with others
• Must have PA or non resident Property & Casualty Insurance License

This will be a salary plus commissions position
