Norris Conference Centers, dba the Red Oak Ballroom and The ARK by Norris is seeking to hire an experienced Regional Social Sales Manager, with a successful record in selling weddings, and other private celebrations from Quinceaneras to anniversary parties and other memorable celebrations.

The successful candidate must have the ability to communicate a proven track record with a minimum of three years of sales experience. Experience must include the ability to close opportunities and create new business opportunities via proactive sales efforts.

This position offers a base salary, plus commissions. Further details will be reviewed during the interviewing process.

This position will require working Tuesdays Saturdays and will be officed at The ARK by Norris, but will be responsible for touring potential clients at both The ARK by Norris and the Red Oak Ballroom located inside Norris Conference Centers Houston/CityCentre.

Prior experience in hospitality sales is not required, but helpful.

College degree preferred
