Elements Massage in Needham, MA has immediate openings for a friendly, motivated, organized, sales-minded individual, that will be the first point of contact as a Wellness Membership Advisor in our upscale massage studio and the BEST PART is that you receive a FREE massage every month!

About the position: Responsibilities include educating clients on the benefits of therapeutic massage and our amazing Wellness Membership Program, booking appointments, checking emails, answering the phone with a professional demeanor while following the Elements Service Path, inventory and light cleaning to ensure a flawless guest experience.

About YOU:

Our Wellness Membership Advisors must be reliable, outgoing, responsible, confident and coachable.

Candidates must possess great customer service skills, be computer savvy and have excellent communication skills. Prior retail sales is a plus.

Pay starts at $16/hr with:
