Your Opportunity

Grow your career in real estate as a Real Estate Agent. Become an expert of our proprietary technology and serve as a consultant to our real estate professionals. Build your real estate marketing and operational skills as you ensure that our team upholds the gold standard of excellence in listings, marketing and client service.

Responsibilities

• Lead generate for 15 hours a week
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in Brivity Technology
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

• Licensed real estate professional
• 3+ years of real estate sales experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Learning based, growth-minded
• Organized
• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
• Excellent time management skills

Compensation

$125,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
