We are looking for a driven and experienced New Home Sales Agent to join our growing team.

The right candidate will have an outgoing, friendly and people-first attitude that will best reflect our company values. As the New Home Sales Agent representing J.A. Myers Homes, you will be managing the day to day operations of your assigned Sales Center, located within one of our New Home Communities. Primary responsibilities include greeting clients, establishing relationships, and supplying customers with information needed to properly execute a sale. Additionally, you will work to generate leads through direct marketing, social media and other advertising techniques.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of real estate sales experience, a valid drivers license, and relevant license/certifications. The job is full-time and requires evening and weekend availability.

The salary includes commission, bonus, and benefits, with potential earnings of up to $100,000 per year!
