Commission only second job position for SNF Professionals. Harvard Partners Staffing looking for disciplined, growth minded individuals with a background in healthcare. If you are working in scheduling at a Skilled Nursing Facility, Nurse Manager, DON or Administrator this is a perfect second income stream.

This is good second job if you are working in a large Skilled Nursing Facility or Hospital, and might also be a good full-time career some day. Work from home, part-time commission only pay. In addition you will gain useful experience, build valuable skills and make in excess of $96,000 a year if you meet minimum target goals.

Expectation:

• Work independently.
• Visits to healthcare professionals to sell staffing services, network, relationship building, recruiting, scheduling and nursing staff management.
• Develop your own plan and results.
• Self-starter and overachiever, good at relationship-building and networking.
• Organized, multi-task and implement strong time and management skills.

Experience:

• Previous experience in hospital, nursing home, medical sales or a related field is preferred. Experience in hiring and management of nursing staff.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with healthcare professionals, administrators and directors.
• Emotionally intelligent, mature, disciplined , strong time and management skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with administrators, directors and clinitians.
• Familiarity with CRM systems for tracking sales activities and customer interactions. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Must have:

• Reliable car and car insurance.
• Reliable computer, printer, smart phone and home office setup.
• A highly motivated and results-driven Independent Recruiter
