Hettler Insurance Agency in Lubbock is looking for a reliable Personal Lines and/or Customer Service Representative! Must have Property/Casualty license. The right person for this position will have great phone etiquette, & work well with others. Duties of this position include: Issuing evidences of Insurance to Mortgage companies for closings on purchases and refinance Contacting clients for signatures on applications for new policies Contacting mortgage companies regarding home closings on new purchases and refinances Filing Processing/mailing payments to insurance company Processing personal payments online Issuing new policies Processing endorsements (changes) Processing and invoicing downloads from insurance companies Requoting and Quoting Please submit your resume today!
