Position Profile:
The Sales Ambassador will work directly out of the park location with guidance from the Corporate Sales Manager, and will play a critical role in re-booking, guest services, activating, engaging with local community, and spreading the word about Launch.
Candidates for this role should have strong personal, organizational and time management skills. Candidates should also have experience in guest services and public relations.
Sales Ambassador responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage and facilitate street team events and community involvement.
- Work daily in conjunction with Launch management team to coordinate staffing and execution of event bookings
- Troubleshoot event coordination and staffing issues.
- Deliver 5 star guest services during special events.
- Performs daily telephone recruitment of past and potential events under direction of Corporate Sales Manager.
- Provide exemplary customer service to develop and sustain partnerships.
- Maintain excellent public relations answering questions, comments and inquiries through telephone, verbal and written communication.
- Maintain accurate database and record keeping.
- Follow company policy and procedure for booking events in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Resolve all customer service issues in accordance with company policy.
- Maintain a positive experience for all guests of Launch.
- Work in coordination with Corporate Sales Manager to deliver special event pricing as needed.
- Accountable for achieving location goals related to event sales.
- Maintain brand awareness throughout the community
- Conduct B2B visits for partnership opportunities.
- Address feedback & changes requested.
- Log your work in our project management platform and follow our current processes.
- Backup work to our cloud storage platform.
- Support Park Management Team members where needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have the ability to deal effectively with a wide variety of people.
- Dependable, committed and willingness to work weekend hours.
- Must be goal-oriented, enthusiastic, self-motivated, well organized and possess the ability to work independently.
- Previous marketing, sales, account management and social media experience preferred
Compensation:
- $15-$17 per hour
