POSITION: Residential Shingle Salesman (Inside & Outside Sales)

Reports To: President Office Manager

Duties:

1. Field Estimating & Bid Composition in order to sell roofing services.

2. Keeps current on product knowledge and price changes. Able to recommend/quote the correct roofing products for the job.

3. Creates work orders for employees/subcontractors/project supervisor.

4. Responsible for following a lead from beginning to end. Managing leads in Acculynx is a must. They either need to be closed out our turned into a job. No exception.

5. Main point of contact for customer until completion.

6. Experience with controlling a sale and reading customers.

7. Perform other duties as requested by President.

Needed Skills/Abilities/Requirements

1. Valid drivers license

2. Good Business background and understanding.

3. Previous sales experience in construction business preferred.

4. Be able to climb a roof in order to determine a customers roofing needs.
