We are a multi-million dollar home improvement company that is looking for a Bathroom Sales Manager. Our company is experiencing tremendous growth and is in need of a Sales Manager to help us meet our lead demand! We spend tens of thousands of dollars every month to get our sales reps into appointments. We need a closer to help run and grow our team!! We have a solid foundation of reps. Now we are looking for a manager who can add and retain high-producing reps. LEADS ARE NOT A PROBLEM. We are family-owned, so no red tape. This is your opportunity to create a team of top performers! Many of our reps have been with us for many years!!

Must-Have Qualifications:*
Sandler Sales experience a PLUS
Experience working in the construction or Home Improvement industry is CRUCIAL
Proven experience managing and leading a staff of 7 to 12 sales reps
Willing and able to teach new closing techniques
Previous results presenting high end products
Proven results as a Sales Manager
Already a great trainer and motivator, with success stories to prove it
In home sales a plus
Ability to keep closing rates above 35%
Skilled at conducting effective "ride-alongs" with reps

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $100,000 - $155,000 per year
