You will be responsible for closing sales on WARM LEADS inquiring about our auto warranty policies, there is NO COLD CALLING involved.

The position is ONSITE in EDISON, NJ.
Summary of Responsibilities:

• Close warm sales leads from customers inquiring about our auto warranty policy.
• Develop a strong rapport with the customer and drive the appropriate conversions.
• Quickly identify customer needs and make appropriate decisions.
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, even under stressful situations.
• Multi-tasking between speaking and data capture.
• Learn product suite quickly.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge.

Preferred Experience:

• 1+ Years of experience and success in sales, and building rapport.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with New and Existing clients.
• Ability to close deals and up-sale policy.
• Ability to work independently while continuing to focus on daily goals.

Compensation: $400 a week or Commission (the higher of the two)
Shift: 9 am - 7 pm
Weekly day range: Monday to Friday & One Weekend A Month (Saturday or Sunday)
