We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and committed individual to join our team! Our Personal Lines Account Manager (PLAM) is responsible for taking care of our customers directly. Our PLAM will be responsible for servicing our customers needs, provide product/service information, write new policies, managing our current customer's policy renewals, and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy, understanding and efficiency.

Job Duties:

• Provide service for existing insurance agency customers
• Quote, sell and bind new personal lines policies
• Renew and retain assigned customer policies
• Taking customer payments
• Properly document and update all customer information within our customer service database
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
• Mail and document management
• Other duties as requested

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bi-lingual, fluent in both English and Spanish
• Valid property and casualty license in the State of New Jersey
• Independent insurance agency experience
• Be proficient in the rules and regulations related to personal lines
• Ability to handle high volume phones and email requests
• Excellent servicing and relationship management skills
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, speak articulately and persuasively
• Administrative duties including; mail, data entry, office supplies, customer interaction
• Must be a team player and dependable
• Database/CRM experience preferred
• Computer skills are necessary i.e. word & excel
• M-F from 9:00 am - 5 pm
• Possess strong drive, ambition and goal orientation

Salary plus up to $10,000 in annual performance incentives and benefits.
