The Lively Charleston Properties Team received the Realtor of Designation Award as a top performing team in 2022 & 2023 and is recognized as Best of Zillow top 1% team for demonstrating exceptional performance for our clients.

We created a training & onboarding program for agents that teaches the mindset, habits, and skills needed to succeed in real estate. Then, we layer in the systems, processes, and technology to amplify that success.

Our agents earn between $45,000 and $135,000 per year, and we are looking for motivated sales agents who have the potential and talent to help us continue to grow and serve the Charleston community in their real estate needs.

We are looking for someone that

• Prospects for, follows up with, presents to, and services buyers and sellers. This results in effective conversion rates for leads into appointments, appointments into buyer and listing agreements, and agreements into accepted purchase contracts.
• Develops expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, the neighborhoods, schools, and all issues regarding home ownership.
• Provides high-level fiduciary needs analysis and coordinates a time-efficient home search & home sale process.
• Consults with clients to ensure fiduciary service of Real Estate transactions from initial contact through contract to close. (Coordinates with the Transaction Coordinator).
• Effectively negotiates for all buyer and seller clients.

Responsibilities

• Sell and hold Buyer and Seller consulting appointments
• Analyze the Buyers and Sellers needs and goals

Qualifications

• High school graduate
• Real Estate License (if you do not have your license yet, you may still apply. Must be able to complete a 120-hour licensing course).
• Some understanding of CRMs
• High level of social skills - our business is based on & will require frequent interaction with other people
