Job Description -

Business is BOOMING and Exterior Pros is hiring! We are looking for a Home Improvement Sales Manager to help our sales team take their skills and knowledge to the next level. The Sales Manager would be responsible for demonstrating our vision and mission while keeping themselves and the sales team in line with our core values. To be successful in this role, you will need to be experienced, organized, efficient, and have good problem-solving skills. You must have a vast array of knowledge in home improvement products and construction. Experience with a one-call close environment is a must. We need an individual that is prepared to lead our retail sales team to continue to deliver the best service in the industry. Come be apart of our successful and fun Exterior Pros team!

Responsibilities -

• Oversee a team of 5+ in-home sales reps to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
• Hire, train and retain our sales team
• Coach, mentor and motivate the sales team
• Conduct check-ins and ride-alongs with the sales team
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase brand awareness and customer base
• Monitor sales metrics and performance, and provide regular feedback to the sales team
• Master our 11-Step Sales System

Compensation Plan -

• Base Salary + Uncapped Bonus & Commission Potential!

Schedule -

• Schedule is primarily Monday-Friday, must be available via phone on Saturdays for potential phone call outs from the sales team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
