We are the largest window cleaning company in the world for commercial and residential services. Currently, we are looking for a dynamic individual to fill the role of Franchise Support Specialist to oversee the performance and growth of our franchisees around the nation.

Our ideal candidates must have excellent skills in communication, organization, and leadership with a proven record of motivating a team. The goal for a Franchise Support Specialist is to support our business owners by providing brand awareness, continuous training of the system and supporting them to be as profitable as possible.

Primary Responsibilities, what youll do:

• Guide new franchise owners as they get started in their business and prepare to open their franchise.
• Support veteran franchise owners as they scale their business and manage operational issues, ensuring they have resources in place to improve operation and prepare for growth.
• Engage franchisee in weekly/monthly calls to discuss business and financial performance and provide ongoing operational support for all franchisees in assigned area of the country.
• Create and present small and large group educational sessions focusing on topics such as recruitment, sales, technology, business management, etc.

We are looking for a diligent, self-motivated, high energy, person with a willingness to embrace all aspects of the franchise system with the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years related experience as a small business owner, a General Manager of a business in the service industry or operations and/or training in the window cleaning industry.
• Franchising experience preferred but not required.
• Possess the knowledge and ability to interpret financial P&Ls, cash flow projections and balance sheets in relation to company standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Knowledge of the HubSpot a plus
