Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and professional Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying and selling properties. Your primary goal will be to guide clients through the real estate process, provide exceptional customer service, and help them achieve their real estate goals.

Duties:
- Market and advertise properties to attract potential buyers or tenants
- Conduct property showings and open houses
- Assist clients in determining their buying or selling needs
- Provide guidance and advice on pricing, negotiations, and market conditions
- Prepare and present offers and counteroffers to clients
- Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and other necessary services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other professionals involved in the real estate transaction process
- Handle administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, listing agreements, and other necessary documents

Requirements:
- Valid real estate license in the state of CA (or the desire to obtain your license)
- Proven track record in sales or customer service
- Knowledge of real estate administrative processes and procedures (training available)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with real estate law and regulations (training available)
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team (absolute necessity)
- Exceptional customer service skills
