Barker Chevrolet Inc. is looking for a Car Sales Professional to join our team! We are a family owned and operated dealership in Lexington, IL. We have a great group of people who work together as one to provide our customers with the best experience possible.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they enter the lot
• Assist customers in finding the right vehicle for them
• Explain the features of vehicles and answer any questions they may have
• Greet and assist other staff as needed
• Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate staff
• Provide a high level of customer service
• Work as part of a team with other departments to achieve sales goals
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
• Follow up with internet leads in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or other related fields is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize is critical.
• Must be able to work all Saturdays. You will get a day off during the week to offset.
• This is a heavy commissioned position. The more driven you are, the more successful you will be financially!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
