Job purpose, tasks and responsibilities
We are looking for a high-energy and ambitious individual to join our Membership Sales team.
The ideal candidate will possess a tenacious attitude and an innovative sales approach to generate and convert leads into loyal customers.
What you'll be doing includes but isn't limited to;
Driving membership sales by promoting our suite of content offerings to potential customers.
Meeting & exceeding daily & weekly goals for sales activity and closing deals on new memberships.
Providing timely support via phone and or email in response to inquiries from potential customers.
Building and growing a database of customers whilst enhancing the sales pipeline with qualified leads.
Staying up to date on our value proposition, the compliance industry and our competitor activities.
Collaborating with our Sales Director to achieve new business monthly sales goals.
In order to be successful in this role it is essential you have:
Experience in selling, sales prospecting, business development and marketing in a B2B role.
Experience of selling subscriptions.
Ability to work independently as well as being a collaborative team member.
Curiosity to acquire feedback, accept mentoring, and undergo training for continuous improvement.
Ability to thrive in an evolving environment.
Strong interpersonal & time management skills to plan & prioritize your work effectively.
Outstanding communication skills.
It would be great if you had:
Knowledge of Salesforce.
