Sub Teacher Source is a national educational staffing agency building a network of highly effective substitute teachers, and connecting them to public, private, and charter schools. We are a team of business development specialists, staffing professionals, and entrepreneurs collaborating to provide a new level of service and professionalism to educational staffing.

Job Description

Business Development Specialist will utilize sales and partnership development best practices to establish new partnerships and maximize existing partnerships within assigned territories.

The right candidate will be outcome driven with a dynamic work ethic, and the ability to create new business.

Only those with backgrounds in Business Development with demonstrated results (preferably in the staffing sector) will be contacted.

Responsibilities:

• Establish school partnerships in each assigned territory
• Identify prospective clients and convert to active Sub Teacher Source partners
• Travel regionally as needed, minimum at this time.
• Present primarily remotely to potential K-12 clients
• Utilize dynamic presentation skills coupled with effective communication
• Ability to negotiate prices and terms
• React and problem solve efficiently when service issues arise
• Consistently meet company sales targets

Qualifications

3 years sales experience (Staffing Sales Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
