Job Title: Corporate Used Car Director

As we continue to seek to improve, we are looking for a dynamic Corporate Used Car Director to spearhead our used car division and drive significant growth.

Role Summary: The Corporate Used Car Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction, operational excellence, and financial performance of our used car division. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the automotive market, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales and profitability in the used car sector. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to increase the inventory of high-quality used vehicles, expand market share, and drive sales growth. Lead, mentor, and expand the used car division team, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and continuous improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, dealerships, auction houses, and other key stakeholders in the automotive ecosystem. Oversee the pricing strategy, ensuring competitive pricing while maximizing profitability. Ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering exceptional service and value. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges. Manage the divisions financial performance, including forecasting, and achieving revenue and profit targets.

Qualifications:.At least 10 years of progressive experience in the automotive industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within the used car market.

A proven record of achievement and consistency

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capability.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Deep understanding of the automotive sales cycle, market trends, and customer needs

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and profit goals. Experience in digital marketing and e-commerce is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
