Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our team. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities: - Market and sell new and used vehicles to potential customers - Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and attract new customers - Utilize cold calling techniques to reach out to prospective buyers - Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and budget - Provide product information, including features, specifications, and pricing - Conduct test drives with customers to showcase vehicle performance - Negotiate sales prices and financing options with customers - Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently - Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns - Collaborate with dealership staff to meet sales goals Qualifications: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry - Fluent in Spanish (preferred) - Strong cold calling skills with the ability to generate leads - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Knowledge of retail math and ability to calculate pricing, discounts, and financing options - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong sales and negotiation skills - Ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional customer service - Proficient in using CRM systems or other sales tracking tools If you are passionate about cars, have a drive for sales success, and enjoy working in a dynamic team environment, we would love to hear from you. Pay: $69,571.00 - $81,562.00 per year
