We are currently accepting applications for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help support our own rapid growth and join our team.
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Monmouth Cyber, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying potential leads. You will be responsible for engaging with prospects, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our managed services. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for technology.
Responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting new clients, helping to fill seminars and selling new products.
- Confirming inbound and outbound appointments for senior sales consultants.
- Supporting senior sales consultants with research, materials and opportunities.
- Making 80100 dials per day to call on clients and warm prospects.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Able to work Monday - Friday 9am-5pm at our Brick, NJ office
