Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling our products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and demonstrate features and benefits
- Assist customers with product selection and offer personalized recommendations
- Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers or POS systems
- Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store targets
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

Skills:
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in retail math for calculating discounts, sales tax, and change
- Ability to operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus
- Experience in jewelry sales or technical sales is preferred but not required
- Ability to conduct product demos and provide technical information to customers
