Job Description / Responsibilities:

We are a national leader in the commercial, multi-family and residential painting industry. Our success over more than 25 years locally has been built on the foundation of delivering certainty to our customers certainty of a job well done. We focus on our team and we focus on our clients. This role requires an energetic, creative and outgoing / sociable person. Our Business Development Representatives identify, develop and maintain relationships with influential decision-makers within the commercial property and multi-family industry. We are seeking an individual who has a passion for business development, can create and implement marketing strategies, and has the ability to build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities include: generate RFPs (Requests for Proposals), research and identify key targets in designated commercial market segments, cold call new clients and offices (in-person, voice, email), follow up and maintenance calls on existing clients, join and participate in local chapters of industry and relevant networking groups, setup and conduct office presentations and high impact events, and create/manage social media content.

Your coverage territory is unlimited for commercial and multi-family clients, but is heavily focused within the following cities/towns, among other areas: Fort Collins / Northern Colorado, Boulder County, and the greater Metro Denver area.

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelors degree
• Minimum 3 years marketing, sales and/or business development experience
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• High energy with strong work ethic
• Organized and detail-oriented (manage a plan and your calendar)
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
• Painting industry knowledge not required
