Full description of the position

• Experienced individual in the landscape sales/horticulture industry, possessing a degree in horticulture or related field a plus
• Responsible for sales, renewals and production of contract and enhancement sales as a key contributor for the success and profitability of NCI.
• Ability to quickly gain knowledge and usage of company's production software system.
• Design capabilities a plus
• Ability to do onsite takeoffs, blueprint reading and estimates independently.
• Project management-to follow through and open communication with Production staff to ensure timelines and job costs are within budget. Communication with clients regarding change orders, progress payments, etc.
• Excellent communication skills-listening, speaking, presenting. Spanish speaking a plus.
• Ability to effectively manage a diverse group of personnel and provide leadership.
• Ability to effectively manages time, prioritize, and complete bids and projects within allotted timelines and schedules.
• Follow and implement all NCI safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.

• Standard working hours Monday-Friday, 6:30am-5:00pm
• Must be available to work overtime and during inclement weather to perform snow removal.
• This is a salaried position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
