Position Summary
Responsible for providing sales support for insurance brokers by creating timely illustrations, new product introductions, sending required forms, providing point of sale documents, and being a liaison between carriers and brokers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Have a passion to deliver top-quality service.
• Ability to provide answers for a brokers needs with speed and composure
• Answer questions for the brokers specific to service inquiries and resolve problems, by responding verbally and or in writing.
• Triage broker calls and provide support, sales material, and illustrations.
• Outreach to brokers on new opportunities by phone.
• Manage submitted new business through the issue process.
• Provide back-up to Life Manager
• Provide input and support on new product and sales processes
• Participation in Team and Individual Meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous Insurance or financial experience is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing.
• Customer service skills.
• Organized and can prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• High School degree minimum.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Windows-based applications.
• Proven to be highly dependable and self-motivator.
• Is curious and able to ask probing questions to obtain necessary information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $39,000.00 - $41,500.00 per year
