We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team in North Little, Conway and Pine Bluff Ar. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store. ```Duties:```

- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products

- Provide product information and answer any questions customers may have

- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

- Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed

- Process customer transactions accurately using the cash register

- Assist with inventory management and replenishment

- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

```Experience:```

- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred

- Bilingual skills (if applicable) are a plus

- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling purposes

- Experience in jewelry sales is an advantage

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficient in phone etiquette for answering customer inquiries
