Full description of the position

Responsibilities

• Daily prospecting on all key/target accounts across Central Ohio which we want to be doing heating and cooling work with
• Annual quota
• Quarterly reporting and on-site with key B2B clients
• Working hand in hand with the technicians and estimating team daily to ensure jobs are getting quoted, closed (following up with all outstanding estimates to convert to customers), and parts sourced
• Knowledge and involvement in the creation and optimization of company's commercial loyalty program and preventive maintenance program

Experience

• 5+ years in B2B sales
• Knowledge of the HVAC industry and 5+ years of working in it
• Understanding on how to use CRM (Salesforce preferred)
• Sandler Sales Training or something equivalent
• Autonomy and demonstrated ability to operate in an entrepreneurial environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
