Are you a motivated and detail-oriented professional looking for an exciting opportunity in sales and order processing? We are seeking an Inside Sales/Order Processor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming sales inquiries via phone and email.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and accurately responding to customer queries and concerns.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is captured.
• Collaborate with various departments, including CAD, warehouse and logistics, to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions to effectively address customer needs and cross-sell additional products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and order status using ERP software.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the purchasing department to ensure product availability for customers.
• Provide support to the sales team with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration or sales is a plus.
• Proven experience in inside sales, order processing, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient computer skills and experience with ERP software and order processing systems.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and order processing.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle a high volume of customer inquiries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
