Role and Responsibilities:

As a Territory Sales Representative at Eagle Roofing Solution, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and strengthening our client relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

• Territory Management: Develop and execute strategic plans to manage and grow your assigned territory, identifying and targeting key areas for business development.
• Client Relationships: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored roofing solutions.
• Sales Execution: Drive sales through a combination of lead generation, referrals, and direct sales techniques. Be proficient in presenting our services compellingly to a diverse client base.
• Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities.
• Feedback and Reporting: Provide timely feedback on market conditions, customer needs, and product effectiveness, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services and strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic technical understanding of roofing systems and insurance restoration processes.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• High school diploma required; Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
