Full description of the position

The Sales Support Specialist position at Heresite is varied and challenging. The individual we are looking for will work directly with domestic and international customers as well as being the point person for technical inquires. Specific tasks include:

Develop and maintain customer relationships

Manage Application sales orders to ensure accurate data entry and timely communication

Prepare quotes for customers as requested

Utilize continuous improvement techniques to enhance customer experience

Maintain monthly sales reports

Provide back-up assistance for the Sales Support Specialis - Liquids

Assist in managing incoming technical inquiries

Utilize continuous improvement techniques to enhance customer experience

Assist with incoming calls and greet guests upon arrival

Assist in other areas as needed

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Previous purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast environment

Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with other employees

Ability to meet deadlines and perform work in a timely manner

Detail-oriented, conscientious individual with excellent documentation skills

Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills are necessary.

High energy individual with a willingness to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
