Lakeside started in the spring of 1928 to engineer, develop, and provide water and wastewater treatment systems to municipalities and companies throughout North America. Today, we not only serve customers in North America but we also help global customers to purify their water supplies. We are searching for an Inside Sales Engineer in our Bartlett office. Duties would center on supporting Regional Sales Managers by reviewing customer specifications and drawings, and other customer documents to develop and prepare cost estimates and proposals.

The successful candidates must have:

Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering from an accredited university.

Minimum of five (5) years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Basic computer skills required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Possess a technical aptitude.

Very strong work ethic, being self-motivated and goal orientated as often you are responsible for your own productivity and results.

Organizational and writing skills to effectively prepare proposals and pricing while managing multiple projects in the bidding stage.

Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Keep track of sales opportunities using CRM based program.

May be required to participate in tradeshows.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
